With nearly 18 years of experience in the IT industry, skilled in handling complex tasks with a strong sense of urgency and a positive outlook. Began my career as a Tester, advanced to Product Owner, Project Manager and currently hold the position of Delivery Manager. I have contributed significantly to organizational success by steering projects through their entire lifecycle. My experience includes executing and overseeing digital innovation, as well as planning and delivering various initiatives and projects. My domain knowledge cuts across Insurance, Pension, Banking, e-Commerce and Pharmaceuticals. I have worked in large organization such as Novo Nordisk A/S, Pandora A/S, RHB Bank, SEB bank, Tech Mahindra, Aon Hewitt, ACS Technology and Hewitt Associates , which covers the domain mentioned above. By integrating my IT expertise with a strong understanding of business requirements and digital capabilities, I has effectively led IT projects. I am good at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain transperancy and realism in any projects/ programs. My core passion lies in handling end-to-end project delivery by building strong relations with people, making progress, mitigating risks, ensuring governance and planning resources for successful delivery.
